Dr. Raouf Ahmad Mir is a Biotechnologist with more than 15 years of experience in Lead role in Research and Development, Product formulations, Manufacturing of Bio-Organic Agricultural Inputs, Biopesticides, Organic insecticides, Manufacturing of herbal Healthcare and cosmetic products, Management, Consultant and Leadership. Dr. Mir has published more that 15 research articles in reputed national and international Journals with research focus on endophytes, Soil microbiome and phytochemistry. The main focus of our R&D team is to develop modern scientific Bio-organic Inputs for agriculture sector and innovative products in Healthcare sector for humans and live stock. Mr. Javeed Malik serve as Accounts officer and Inventory Incharge at Hapico Industries Pvt. Ltd. With a diverse skill set and a passion for delivering results, Mr. Malik manage our financial operations, oversee inventory control, and contribute to the company's marketing strategies. Mr. Malik`s role is crucial in ensuring that financial processes are streamlined and inventory levels are optimized.
Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Bhat is a chemist with more than 2 years of experience in analytical chemistry and manufacturing of Phytopharmaceuticals. Mr. Gulzar is currently handling our testing facilities along with formulations.
Miss Aatira is a Scientist at Hapico Industries Pvt. Ltd. with a robust academic and research background in Biotechnology. She holds a Master’s degree from the Central University of Kashmir and completed her Master’s dissertation at the Department of Biology, Ashoka University.
Prior to her current role, she served as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. During this tenure, she contributed to a high-level collaborative Indo-French research project with IBENS, Paris, under the CEFIPRA/IFCPAR framework. This international collaboration provided her with extensive hands-on exposure to diverse, world-class research environments.
